1 Overview

RS Driving Training Center (operated by RS Driving Training Center, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh) is an informational app for browsing driving courses, learning driving skills, preparing for the BRTA driving test, and contacting the training center.

This policy explains, in plain language, what information the app collects and how it is used. The app is designed to be privacy-first: it does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.

By installing or using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2 Information We Collect

RS Driving Training Center does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app itself does not collect any of the following:

  • Name, email address, phone number, or any contact details
  • Location data, GPS, or any geo-positioning information
  • Photos, files, contacts, or any other device content
  • Payment or financial information

All app content — including courses, driving skills, BRTA guide and FAQ pages — is bundled locally on your device. The app has no account system and no login, so there is nothing to sign in to and no profile is ever created.

Advertising: the app displays ads through Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). Like all ad networks, the ad SDK may process your device's standard advertising identifier to serve, measure and protect ads. The app itself never reads, stores or transmits this identifier — it is handled directly by the ad SDK under Google's own Privacy Policy. You can reset or opt out of this identifier in your device settings (see section 4).

3 Permissions

The app requests no runtime permissions. It does not ask for access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or phone.

The Android INTERNET permission is used to open links you tap (website, WhatsApp, phone and social media) and to load advertisements through the ad SDK. It is not used to collect or transmit your personal data.

4 Advertising

The app displays banner and, occasionally, interstitial (full-screen) advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Banners appear at the bottom of selected screens; interstitials are attempted only at natural transition points, never at app launch, never back-to-back, and at most a few times per session.

Ads are served as non-personalized: they are not based on your past behaviour or an interest profile, so no personal data is used to target you.

Your choices: you can reset your device's advertising identifier or opt out of ads personalization at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → “Delete advertising ID” / “Reset advertising ID”; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking). You can also manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the UK), a consent screen will be shown before ads are served.

5 Location Access

The app does not request device location permission and does not use background location in any form. It never knows where you are.

6 External Links

The app contains links to external services — the training center's website, WhatsApp, phone call, Google Maps, and social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others). These links open only when you tap them, in your device's external browser or app.

Once you leave the app, any information you choose to share on those platforms (for example, by sending a WhatsApp message) is handled by those third-party platforms under their own privacy policies. This app does not receive, store, or control that information.

7 Children's Privacy

The app is suitable for users of all ages and is rated “Everyone”. The app itself does not collect any personal information from anyone — including children. Advertisements shown in the app are non-personalized, in line with Google's family-friendly advertising requirements, so no interest profile is built about any user.

8 Data Security

Since the app does not collect or store your personal data on any server, there is no personal information to lose or expose. The only data on your device is the app itself and its bundled educational content, which is updated through the official app store.

9 Government Affiliation

This is an informational app for RS Driving Training Center. It is not affiliated with, or authorized by, any government authority. Driving licence issuance is governed by the rules, eligibility and test results of the relevant government authority (BRTA).

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date below will be revised. Continued use of the app after any change means you accept the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
